Awful customer service. The Salesperson who "helped" me couldn't be bothered to look up from his computer when he was speaking with me. He was not only rude to me but was also demeaning to a fellow employee. He made me feel like I was a bother to him; I was trying to upgrade my phone. Never going here again.
HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was looking to upgrade my phone and the guy was very rude. I called ahead of time and asked if the certain phone I wanted was available and they said yes. I went to the store and asked them if I could upgrade and they said theres no point your phones fine. They also said that It was in stock and when I got there they said it wasn't. I stormed out of there and couldn't even enjoy my starbucks. I HATE VERIZON I'M NOW GOING TO BE A T-MOBILE FAN!!!!!!!!!!!! You just lost a customer verizon. I highly advise people not to go there!!!
