Make sure you look at what is rung up and pricing especially with the coupons that they send out as they seem to always have issues with it.

I chose to go in and try and resolve the issues I had with the service and have worked out some of them. Trying to resolve an issue over the phone when the physical product is not on hand can be difficult. The manager was understanding and helped solve the issue. Its a 4 star because of the willingness of the manager to go the extra mile when I was in store but would rather have had the service the first time.

online order; cancelled in their system but not on my end; still have $$ hold on my card; no proof on my end that it was cancelled... had to call my bank to get this rectified... mgr is cocky and does not care worth a darn
can be hit or miss. I have been here a lot and it is becoming more a miss than it is worth. They would not honor a valid coupon and it takes forever to check out especially when the cashiers and manager have a hard time removing the security devices for their ink. It is becoming a waste of time and will be ordering more items online as I normally price match anyhow.
Last week I was tasked with a last minute project that included some last minute printing of postcards. We quickly called Staples in Hackettstown and told them what we needed. They were prompt in getting back to us and they were able to fit us into their busy printing day schedule. Our postcards where completed by the end of that day and were absolutely beautiful.
