WORST SERVICE AND WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! THE WORKER DENISE IS SO RUDE AND UN HELPFULL! THIS LOCATION IS HARD TO FIND AND DARK AT NIGHT WITH NO PROPER KEY DROP AS THEY ADVERTISE!
Hackettstown Rent A Wreck is for me. The big name car rentals run me through a gauntlet before they will put me in a car and that's after I talk them down to what I originally asked for rather then the more expensive model they suggested. At Hackettstown R.A.W. it is like I am a friend and I feel totally cool with the manager there. In fact after I told the Young lady there about my need for a truck she suggested a slightly smaller model telling me the policy is to meet the need not rent through greed. I did not trash the truck but I cleaned it good before returning it as a expression of my satisfaction...James

This rental office, usually the manager Denise, has always gone the extra mile to accommodate my needs. Denise is very nice. Power went out during my transaction and when it came back up, the minivan I wanted to rent was locked in the system. Denise made many calls to resolve the issue, and get me out the door. For my troubles, Denise increased my daily mileage, which in the end was perfect as I would have gone over my 100 mile daily. The minivan was clean. Everything worked just fine. Rent-A-Wreck was very affordable and Denise very accommodating. I will be back for my road trip needs.
