They need more than one person working there. It's not fair to customers and employees. Its always that way every time I go
It's 21 degrees out and I order a venti caramel macchiato which you have to pay in advance for. Girl never asked hot or iced but I figure she realizes it's FREEZING out. She's making the espresso...blah blah blah.... hands me an iced!!! Really??!! In what universe would you drink iced in 21 degree weather? I ask what is this and she goes into the back, never to return. Almost $6.00 and I do not feel like making a scene. Ugh. Not worth going there.
Convenient while the family is shopping and I'm dragging. Offers standard Starbucks fare and lacks the usual crowds.
The cleanliness around the area for your sugar, creamers, honey varies. "Blond" isn"t available because of the ltd location ...I like to meet there w/clients or other associates & it doesn't lend itself to that.
