Insanely outdated interior of restaurant, not well kept inside. Drive through service can be very slow at times. Expect to wait 10+ minutes on certain days (even when there really aren't many people in line). Most of the staff however is very friendly. I feel the need to mention that the old lady who works there (don't know her name), is extremely rude.
Absolutely disgusting play area! Pads are worn down and discolored from the dirt. Ants eating fries on the floor left from who know how long. Jungle gym itself needs a good power wash. Overall appalling experience
My goodness, the play area!! It smells horrible and is a complete disgust. The pads on the floor are worn and sticky. Who knows when the last time this place was sanitized!
Gentleman in gray/black shirt and jeans who seemed to be an employee helped himself to getting food behind counter, ate in dining rm, afterwards collected dirty trays and emptied garbage but then Washed His Hands with ice at the Drink Station!!
Non caucasian Cashier was not friendly, didn't smile, didn't say hi/thank you etc.
Nicest group of people you will ever meet. From the manager on down. Great service. Lost my phone and debit card here in the same week. The lady manager kept it in their safe until I was able to retrieve them. Honest and friendly, I am eternally grateful.
