When I called to make an appointment, I was told they were going to do certain procedures to try and cure my cats skin problems. When I actually took the cat to the vet, they did exactly what a previous vet did that did not work. After trying to explain this to the vet, he turned to my son and explained to him what he had just explained to me, like I wasn't there. I am so upset after this visit that I will never return as a customer and will never recommend him to anyone else!
I called at 9:50 and they gave me an appointment for 10:30! The receptionist was sweet and the doctor was great. He let me hold Nina while he checked her. Most vets won't let me. I truly thought I would not be bringing her home and thankfully it was an easy fix. He even gave my granddaughter a booklet about being a vet for being a good helper. She was so excited.
