Dr. Horn and Ashley are amazing. I think they love my Milo ALMOST as much as I do (and that's ALOT!) . I appreciate the time that they take with him, and how caring and comforting they are with my little old guy. Dr. Horn took the time to show me the pictures of Milo's X-Rays and explained to me in wording that I could understand what was wrong, what was concerning, and where he had made improvements. Thank you all so much for what you've done for my fur baby. It's so truly appreciated! Milo loves you guys!
So appreciative of the staff! Truly care for the animals and their well being. We took our dog in who is not even a patient because we found a tick and they quickly removed it. Pet smart (who we pay for a wellness plan) told us to remove it ourselves and wouldn't see her until tomorrow. The clinic has a new patient!
I took both of my dogs to Budd Lake Animal Hospital for annual physicals and immunizations. I thought their fee for nail trimming and anal gland expression was a bit high, but the do not charge for immunizations. With 2 dogs and 1 cat, the no charge for immunizations saves me about $400 a year! They took over another vet's location (former vet - had a terrible experience there), and really cleaned up the site. It used to be dirty and smelly, but not with Budd Lake Animal Hospital. The staff is friendly and its obvious all love animals. My dogs got good physicals, and free immunizations. So far, so good!
Dr. Horn was extremely kind and professional. He provided my dog Julie with exceptional care. He made Julie and I comfortable and I knew that we were in excellent hands. Thank you Dr. Horn for making our first vist with you exceptional!
My cat had an issue. They were able to see me within 24 hours and inform me that I can being him back for treatments, as he will not allow me to do the care needed. The vet techs are very kind and patient.
