Rainy day lunch, after visiting a "box store" to pick up home supplies we decided to have lunch. As the storm was just arriving we decided instead of going in we will drive through. Remembering the advertisement for the new venison sandwich we selected Arby's. Well I was very disappointed when I was informed that the venison sandwich special only last one day...an then they sold out of all 50 sandwiches. Guys let's bring back the venison! I then had to change my mind and ordered the turkey (aka gobbler sandwich) while it wasn't venison it was big, filling and delicious. Moral of this story is...next time I don't wait.
Clean restaurant,fast courteous service,clean rest rooms. One of the few Arby' s left in my area and the food was good and hot and fresh.

Food is good. Staff is horrible. The manager was acting big and bad. Telling her employee she would fire him for blah blah blah. The employee just walked away from us. Very unhappy
Absolutely awful. Drive thru was empty, no one was in the restaurant. Waited 15 minutes at the drive thru window for 1 slider and a small order of potato cakes. They were never received. Told the person in the window that we were waiting for our order for a long time and he claimed it was due to a sandwich that takes 8+ minutes to make. When we told him that's not what we ordered he gave us major attitude and said it was ordered before us. As I already stated there was no one else there. Left after 20 minutes. Were screwed out of our $3.83 amd will never return.
