We recently had our wedding at David's and the experience could not have been better. The place has a cozy old charm that our guests loved... large old wood bar, side rooms with fireplaces, a newly renovated 3rd floor suite for getting ready, and many other details that set it apart from more sterile run-of-the-mill venues.
We used David's Country Inn for our caterering services for our wedding at The Loft at Jacks Barn and they were nothing short of amazing! I worked with Chris from start to finish and he truly made it a great experience. He was EXTREMELY accommodating! He also made sure I ate which is a mega plus for Brides. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!!! The prices are fair and the food is excellent! I can't thank Chris enough!!!
Buildings beautiful but the staff looks miserable. Probably because management is a jerk. Guy made me super uncomfortable
We had our wedding here this past weekend and it was perfect, between the delicious food, the friendly staff, and the atmosphere of the place itself... we had the most amazing wedding ever!
We had 120 guests and a very large band and the ballroom size felt great. Food was very good from what I've been told (we were up chatting with folks) and Nobody had a bad time. Can't ask for more than that. I recommend David's to anyone looking for an interesting non-barn, non-country club wedding in NNJ!
My friend got married at David's Country Inn last weekend and we had a blast. The location is gorgeous and had that warm, old-type vibe with the original wooden flooring and fireplaces. The staff was fantastic, quick and friendly. One of the servers even kept going outside to deliver appetizers to the guys smoking on the porch. We were very impressed with this location.
Chris the GM is extremely personable and definitely a consumate professional. Dealing with him was the easiest part of our wedding planning. He pointed us in the right direction offering suggestions as needed, and also accommodated our requests. He certainly runs David's like a well oiled machine.
