I then needed my records submitted to my primary doctor so I called twice and I was told no problem he will have the results in 30 minutes. Nothing got sent so the third time I called I was told they don't do that I will have to come pick it up so I hung up. I called back and unfortunately I was agitated so there was some arguing and then the story changed and they sent it. Why did this take days to do.
I went to your facility last month and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and the Dr. Was knowledgeable. I had a very sore throat and ear with a fever. She diagnosed me with an upper respiratory infection, right on the spot. I would go again.
I was feeling horrible and was sent home from work with a cough, body aches, low fever, and burning chest and eyes. My doctor didn’t open till 9am and the urgent care was open earlier, I figured I’d check it out and and go in, I wish I hadn’t. After waiting for an hour the doctor finally saw me, barely checked me out and determined I was fine and walked out. Said I had to buy flonase. I knew I wasn’t okay, I went ahead and went to my actual doctor and he said I had a bad sinus infection and properly diagnosed me and prescribed my medication. I will never ever return here, and I will tell everyone not to go. Had I listened to that doctor my sinus infection would have gotten worse. Such a nice facility in a high traffic area for what??? Get better doctors!
I had to come here for a strep test when my normal doctor was booked. Urgent Care is a joke. Not only did they not have a rapid strep test but they gave me medicine that is know to not work again strep. Zpack is great for many things. Strep is not one of them. Now it is two days later. I'm worse than when I went in and still don't have results from a strep test.
When I went in I gave my insurance info they have you swipe your debit card. I was told that this allows them to charge my card $150 up to 10 days for what the insurance didn't cover. Well 29 days later they charged my debit card which at that point I feel I should have been notified at least. If it was a longer time frame I shouldn't have been told 10 days.
Had a great experience with the Dr. and entire staff. Lisa had a great follow up call as well.
