Not happy with this company. Used thru home warranty and job was left incomplete and in worst condition than when he started.
Had a water heater that was under warranty and thier sister store who went out of business sold it to us but they wouldn't handle our warranty even tho they were the only supply house with that model in stock. So my customers had to go 3 days without hot water in order to honor the warranty!
Tall bald guy is extremely rude. I was in a rough situation with no hot water got there a few minutes before closing and refused to help me. I always try and give my business to mom and pop shops over lowes or home depot but I will never be returning to this place ever again. It's the holiday season this guy could have helped my family get hot water so we could shower but was to worried about going home. I explained my whole situation to him to and he couldn't have cared less.......
