Worked with Michelle in designing a bathroom & she was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and has alot of patience. I would be happy to have Michelle help me in all my future home designing needs.

Staff is always friendly and helpful

Unfortunately had a terrible experience in our recent attempt to purchase a washer/dryer and refrigerator on 9/6 at Hackettstown Lowe's. . The floor staff was welcoming and helpful at the time of our purchase. However after our initial visit and placing our order everything went downhill. We were told it was going to take about two weeks to receive our order since they didn't have it in the store. After further review of our original washer& dryer set we decided to cancel the order on 9/11 after original order and place a new order on floor models. We were informed that because they were floor models they will be delivered on 9/12. We were informed that we will receive a call from the delivery company to provide a time frame of the delivery time. Tuesday we never received a call or delivery. We contacted Lowes on 9/15 to follow and was informed that the delivery for all three items was scheduled for 9/16. Then I received a call from the store indicating that the refrigerator is on back order and we needed to make a new selection. I discussed with the store rep. my confirmation delivery of all three items and she indicated it was an error and they were just made aware of the item being on back order. We agree to place a new order since we were in need of a refrigerator and again were assured that all three items were going to be delivered on Saturday the 16th. On Saturday we receive the fridge and no washer and dryer. We asked the delivery company and they indicated they didn't have it and maybe it was coming in a different truck later that day. We waited and waited and no delivery. My husband called the store and was informed there was a mix up with the delivery and it placed in the wring truck. He was informed and assured that they delivery was going to take place on Sunday 9/17. Sunday arrived and again no delivery. My husband again went to the store and met with store manager. After not being able to find the items, my husband was asked to walk back to the appliance section and pointed out the items that had our information and was sitting in the area the entire time. At that point the manager realized the sales person placed the orders incorrectly. He guaranteed the items were going to be delivered the following Saturday 9/23. The delivery was made for the washer and dryer but they didn't include the connection hoses or the stacking kit. The store was contacted and we were informed they would have it delivered on the following day 9/24. Delivery on 9/24 arrived and it was for the original washer & dryer set that was ordered and cancelled. At this point we were so fed up with the experience that we decided to cancel the entire order. My husband returned to the store related again what had transpired and order was cancelled. We scheduled for the pick to take place on Saturday 9/30. We called Friday 9/29 after not receiving a pick up confirmation call. We received confirmation for 9/30. 9/30 arrived and no pick up. We again called and were informed pick up was never scheduled. The assured us it was going to be picked up on Sunday 10/1. On Sunday it was pick up and corporate was contacted. We were informed that a manager from the local store would call us within a business day. It's been a week and no one has contacted us. We a extremely disappointed at the lack of consideration, communication and poor customer service we have experienced from your store. Many may ask why we have the so many chances and trust me, I wanted to cancel from the first day. The managers we interacted with offered additional discounts because of the their miscommunication. So we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and unfortunately even if the discounts, it was not worth the time or aggravation. One very disappointed local customer. Who's business you lost.
