I usually refer this dealership to people all the time but after my most recent visit which went from bad to worse I won't be referring this dealership to anyone in the future. I drop off my Honda Pilot to be look over, trusting the dealer after having multiple great experiences. First I receive a call from Honda to confirm the installation of new tires which was inaccurate and told them I just want the car look over. I received a call later that day from Bob who stated the car had a lot of issues. He went through the list rather quickly on the phone but said he would have a print out of everything needing to be fixed. When I went to pick up my car their was a total of $7500 worth of work that needed to be done. But some of the items listed I knew didn't need to be replace or fix. So I took the car somewhere else for a second opinion. Two out of the 12 items were correct, their was a very minor coolant leak and the motor mounts needed to be replace everything else that was listed was inaccurate. Due to this I no longer trust this dealer and will not be going back. I will say I was grateful not to be charge the $100 fee for the vehicle to be look over and appreciate that Bob waived the fee. But at the same time, I can't trust a dealer who adds on items such as a timing belt (which was replaced earlier this year) front axles and spark plugs which I knew for a fact are newer items and have no need to be fixed.
Everything about my experience was amazing. Justin, Vinny & Dylan catered to my every need! It took me almost a month to fully decide on a vehicle and during that time they pulled every option that met my criteria from their lots and sister dealerships. They also followed up with me throughout this time, alerting me of any new cars they acquired that I would be interested in. When I finally decided on a gorgeous Acura the process was super efficient and quick. With a high credit score I worked hard to get I knew my interest rate would be good but the guys in finance blew me away with how low they managed to get me! I had multiple friends refer me to this dealership and I’m extremely happy I came in. I’ll be back there for my next car. Thanks guys!!!
I had a great experience at Honda of Hackettstown when I purchased my new Honda Civic. I would highly recommend Earl, he was excellent to work with! The whole transaction from beginning to end was great. Pleasure to work with a dealership that gives you no hassles. Will be going back to meet with Earl to purchase another car for my husband in the next few months.
We just bought a used mini van from them... We live in Bethlehem PA so we traveled a good deal just to get this vehicle... They gave us a temporary plate for the car and told us that we would get the title for our vehicle in a weeks time... We didn't receive it until the plate expired weeks later . THEY WANTED to give us 3 free oil changes to compensate the inconvience and when I told them we lived over an hour away they told me they would get back to me. I waited a decent amount of time and tried to reach out to them and they took a message for the guy I spoke to and they never got back to me... let's just say I'm not happy at all....
