My nails came out worse then when I went in. The pedicures are really good though. It is really hit and miss depending on who you get.

The woman who normally does my spa pedicure (I didn't catch her name) is phenomenal and that is totally worth the money and time.
I had a pedicure yesterday and i was very impressed! I've had pedicures at a lot of different locations and this is definitely in my top 5! I was so relaxed. The tech really took her time with everything and the calf/foot massage was amazing. Also the end result was great. Very friendly staff. I will be going back!
I gave 3 stars because while the spa pedicure is amazing, last week I got a full set with gel and they barely made it 4 days. The nails were crooked, she glued herself to my hand 3 times, they broke and fell off in 4 days and she told me she did me a favor by putting another coat of polish because normally they only do one. Not to mention what she charged me for them was no where on the price list and when I asked about it she said oh we never updated it.
I went for a regular manicure. Just a plain, regular manicure. My cuticles were never soaked in water. After barely applying cuticle oil and softening liquid to my cuticles, my cuticles where tapped with the cuticle pusher. I guess that was supposed to push them back???? Maybe my understanding of what you get these days for a 'regular manicure' is wrong, but my understanding of sanitary and courteous is not. For example, the paper towel used under my hands was used prior and was stained, there was someone else's head hair stuck to the basket that sat to my right. She sat me under the nail dryer with no instruction as to how long to sit there, what is this bottle of top coat sitting here for, etc. I guess she assumed everyone knows what to do. The entire time the operator spoke in foreign language to her coworker however she had no trouble with the English words"You pay now." The nail polishes looked like they've been on the shelves forever. Why didn't I leave? The manicure was half over when I started noticing things. I felt like just let me take this in and go through with it and never return. Other people I know go here so I tried it. They may like the price, but you get what you pay for. Unless I give this place at least 1 star it won't post otherwise it would have 0 stars.
Meanwhile during getting my nails done another woman came in, extremely mad that she had too just gotten her nails done by the same woman, paid the bunch of money like I did and they were messed up and broken and she was now being recharged that same amount of money to fix them. I probably should have taken that as an omen but was already half way done. The woman who did it is the one who runs the shop on sundays.
