I never experienced a more price gouging scam of a company ever. Even the hotel manager spoke with Sissy about the cab driver calling the hotel looking for us. The cam man harassed us and I was charged $70 to go apx. 12 miles. We had to check out of the hotel due to this cab service. I was told by Sissy that the cab driver had complaints before about drinking and driving. "Then why is he still working for you!!!" Reported them to the IRS and BBB.
This woman is terrible. Expect her to show up anywhere from 30mins to an hour (or when she feels like it) she also enjoys to use her cellphone while driving. She's absolutely reckless, and gives you an attitude when you call her to ask her where she's at I was told she was going to be 20 minutes and came an hour later, I called another cab and they showed up within 5-10 minutes. Don't give this woman your money she does not care about you she just wants your money and would rather not tell you she'll be a while so that you don't call anyone else. Thanks for wasting my time good luck!
Showed up 30 minutes late with no apology or explanation upon arrival. I called twice to check the eta and was told "I don't know, I'm not driving." When the driver DID finally arrive (five minutes after I was scheduled to be at work), he proceeded to drive 50-60 mph down my 35 mph road.
If i could give no stars i would what a horrible experience!! This is the first and last time i use Sissy's. Between the overwhelming smell of cigarettes and the driver driving like a nut job i felt so nauseated after my ride. And if that wasn't bad enough he charged me a priced well above what i was quoted over the phone - when i tried to argue with him he got angry and aggressive so i just paid and got out of there. Do yourself a favor and go with another cab company!
