They do an initial consult and then are able to track your progress during treatment. They explain everything they do, why it is being done, how to do it, and what the goals are. They are very knowledgeable. I was somewhat skeptical about how much progress I would make in a couple of weeks and have been shockingly surprised. I strongly recommend Synergy. -DTK
