Absolutely amazing customer service Carlos went above and beyond. Made us laugh ,educated us further on what we did not know about the storage company policy s. Extremely clean and a wonderful experience. My mother and I felt welcome.
I will start by saying that I NEVER write reviews for anything. The Hacketstown facility, and the gentleman who helped me (Carlos) were outstanding. I called this morning and they had a storage locker ready for me right away. This facility is extremely safe. Carlos personally walked me through the entrance procedure and to my nice sized 10x10 locker which smelled like fresh Lysol. I left after it was dark and was not worried at all for my safety. It is meticulously kept, all indoors, climate controlled, has large doors you can pull right up to, huge elevators, and good sized carts to transport items. Being on the 1st floor vs the 3rd floor makes no difference. Easy check in procedure. All packing supplies were available for purchase (locks, bubble wrap, tape, boxes etc). This place and its employees exceeded my expectations. I HIGHLY recommend it!
