As a Salon professional I get may nails done consistently every two weeks. I needed a place while in hackettstown and figured I’d give them a try. As I walked in place looked clean but service is horrible. I had a woman take me and not even cut my cuticles for a gel manicure so I asked her to cut them and she said to hold on and walked away after waiting ten minutes a guy had sat down and started to continue. I had my whole cuticle painted over with stuff under the nail polish and I asked him to fix it and he proceeded to say I won’t see it after it was sealed. Came out horrible. I was so unhappy I asked if someone could fix it but instead she just added another coat of polish which made it peel litterally two days later. With Thanksgiving on Wednesday I had to wait fo the weekend with them being closed so called Monday for them to fix the horrible gel manicure and they made me pay for it. I will never go back to this place again. Extremely unprofessional for nail techs who claim they have done Nails for years. Don’t even waste your time or money go across he street to Coco nails!
When the salon first opened, I liked going there but as of late the owners are more interested in their cell phones than their customers. I find it quite rude for the manicurist to be constantly checking his or her phone while in the middle of doing my manicure! What is more important to your business...a paying customer or the latest text to come through your phone?? Let's just say that I will no longer go back there!
This use to be the choice nail place for my wife and I until our last visit. We had an awful time and won't be going back. The girl taking care of me was fine, but my wife got a nightmare. Not only did it take over twice the time for her to get her mani/pedi as it did for me to get mine, but her girl answered her cell phone literally ever 2 minutes to talk to someone in Spanish. Because of this I was almost late to another appointment and had to strand my wife at the shop. Even with all the time this girl took she still did a horrible job and next day my wife's nails are already chipping. We went to go back the following day, a Sunday, to have them fixed and despite their hours posted as being open Sunday they were not. To top it all off one of my cuticles now has a big blister. Not sure what happened as they use to be run very well with great staff, but I'm never going here again.
I have nothing but good things to say about this salon. Whenever I've been a walk in I've never had to wait too long and while waiting the receptionist was very accommodating. When I went bowling 2 of my nails came off and they re did them for me with no charge. Also Jessica gives an amazing pedicure. I would recommend this salon to anyone.
I had a wonderful experience here. I didn't make an appointment and still got in at a reasonable wait time. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful with picking out a color. Prices are reasonable, would totally recommend to a friend.
