It is sad that this is the closest UPS store that was available to me and my mother. I am in the process of moving and needed a rather large box shipped out across the country. The cost to ship on freight and palette is not an option. My mother went in to ship this larger box and had problems from the beginning. Not only did they watch her struggle bringing the box in but then when she had questions about pricing and how much it would cost, the owner came out and was EXTREMELY rude to her, and actually when she went to ask him a question about the details he was telling her stated, "LET ME FINISH". They treated her with such disrespect and instead of helping her and working with her just made her feel unwelcome and confused and she ended up paying way more than she needed to. Just go to FedEx or really anywhere else before you deal with this UPS Store. The box they also shipped for me arrived with things broken.
