I called to ask them to come out and give an estimate on upgrading my service. When they called back they made me wait a week till they could come out. Then the day they were to come they called and said they did not think it was worth their time since I mentioned I was getting other estimates in my original phone message to them. Note that they are only a few miles, maybe eight minutes from the job. The person that called had a bad attitude and it surprised us.
I would never contact them again for any type of work. What kind of contractor doesn't want to give an estimate first and waits a week to tell you that. There are so many other professional contractors in the area willing to make the small effort required to give an advanced estimate.
