For such a small doctors office with only a few rooms they take an extremely long time to even see people. The doctor takes breaks of up to 30 min in-between each patient and doesn't seem to care about anything. With at least 5 girls standing behind the desk at any given time you'd think people would be seen on time for their appointments. I arrived 20 min before the appointment and wasn't seen until 40 min after the scheduled time for the appointment but if you are not there at the scheduled appointment they cancel it. The doctors are rude and want you to do their job for them come in with your temperature and know what sickness you have so they can give you a pill for it. Very unprofessional. Going to be reporting this to whoever I have to
They refuse to give me an appointment for a birth control shot, leaving me waiting for an hour for something that really takes no time at all.

I BEEN GOING TO THE ZUFALL HEALTH CENTER FOR DENTAL . WHAT HAPPEN WAS I SAW DR STEPHANIE LEE IN MORRISTOWN SHE GIVE ME GENERAL REFFERAL TO A ORAL SURGERY BUT THEN THERE WAS KNOW MORE APPOINTMENTS IN MORRISTOWN SO THEY TRANSFER TO Hackettstown MY FIRST FEW TIMES THERE KNOW ISSUES THEN I HAD TO CALLED THE ONLY SURGEON THAT TAKES MY INSURANCE AND THEY EXAMPLE THAT DR HOWARD SOSNA DOESNT TREAT TMJ TEMPOROMANDIBULAR DISORDER BUT IN ORDER TO SEND THEM FOR MY WIZARD TEETH THAT THERE OFFICE CANT ACCEPT A GENERAL ORAL SURGEON REFFERAL SO I CALLED THE DENTAL OFFICE ASSIST AND SHE TOLD ME THAT KNOW PROBLEM WERE WILL GET YOU A REFFERAL WITH DR HOWARD SOSNA NAME ON IT SOON AS I GET TO THE OFFICE DR ZOEY DIMARCO ARGUES WITH ABOUT THE REFFERAL SO I ARGUE BACK AND ONE STAFF SAID CAN WE JUST PUT THE SURGEON NAME ON THE REFFERAL THEN THE SUOERVISOR CALLS THE POLICE INSTEAD AND TELLS THE SGT POLICE OFFICER THAT IM NOT ALLOW BACK KNOWING I HAVE TMJ AND I NEED A NIGHT GUARD AND THE ONLY ORAL SURGEON ON MY INSURANCE DOESNT TREAT TMJ AND DOESNT ORDER A NIGHT GUARD .
Even with an appointment you are going to be waiting an hour before getting into a room, where you wait some more. They only seem to have 1 doctor on at a time. Mine only works 2 days a week.
I had a fill in doc which was actually better than my own, then an appt with my actual doc. Apparently no one looked at my medical records saying the fill in did my exam and i really had no reason to be there.
I HAVE TMJ AND NOW THAT I CANT COME BACK THE SUPERVISOR WILL PROBABLY TELL OTHER ZUFALL HEALTH CENTERS ABOUT MY BEHAVIOR AND I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT A NIGHT GUARD AND BECAUSE OF MY MEDICAL HISTORY I CANT TAKE ANYTHING FOR THE TMJ
Update: Well it looks like someone forgot to send my prescription over to the pharmacy. Surprise!
This place is the most unprofessional and worst service ever.
