I'm new in the area, and had car trouble. They worked with me, gave a good quote, and finished a day earlier than promised at over $100 less than the quoted amount. They made me feel comfortable and were better than their word.
This is the place to go If you want your car fixed right the first time. Another shop in hackettstown had worked on my car 3 different times each time the costs were about $300, and low and behold my service engine soon light would come back on. I took my car to Hoff's And the technician with the tattoos checked my computer codes and in 45 minutes had told me what was wrong and fixed the problem, It cost me less than $100 and the light has been off for almost 3 months now. Didn't get any work done but they pointed me in the right direction to get my car inspected for free they were some of the nicest people that I've dealt with in a long time especially at a car place. They even did some work on my friends car I highly recommend it
I was extremely pleased after having my car fixed by them. They were professional, and best of all- honest. I didn't feel pressured into having additional things done, which a lot of places will do..or scare you into having things done that aren't necessary...The price was even less then what was quoted- WHERE does that ever happen?
