The drive up people work fast, I'll give them that. But they NEVER get the order right. Drive up isn't worth it when you don't get what you asked for!

I went in today to buy donuts. Donuts were fine, but I also asked the woman at counter for an empty cup for water for my service dog who was suffering outside and needed a drink of water... She told me it was going to be ONE DOLLAR EXTRA for an empty cup ! So, they denied my 12 year old dog a drink of water, because they felt that they needed to charge for that .. I will not ever return here! Pet lovers, know this, and do not come here ! Terrible to not have a heart for animals ! I cannot believe it, truly.
Sometimes this place is fast sometimes slow sometimes you get good coffee sometimes you don't
Listen I get hating to work the night shift. I used to work till 3 am. But if me asking for coffee or sandwich is the deteriorating moment of your life that makes you want to wish you were never brought into this cruel and miserable world, then maybe working at Dunkin' Donuts isn't for you.
